Molly* is always busy. One child at primary school, one at preschool with a partner running his own construction business. In between the school run, sports and club run she manages to squeeze in time for her clients.
Molly is a clinical psychologist with young clients through-out the Waikato. She needed a simple, easy to manage, system to manage her accounts that doesn’t reduce the meager spare time she had left any further.
Molly uses Xero to record and track her business transactions. On her phone, the Xero app enables her to record the transaction and a copy of the documentation. Two minutes after the transaction is captured it is sitting in Xero ready to be reconciled with a bank or credit card transaction.
With everything current she knows her daily cash position, GST and tax compliance is easy giving her precious time to spend with her family, read a book or simply have some me time.
